We do not expect to find lead or cadmium in solid foam products like this. Sometimes foam in mattresses can test positive for high levels of antimony due to the use of flame retardants, but we wouldn’t expect to see flame retardants in a product like this one.
Similar foam garden kneelers should be fine from a heavy metals perspective.
